Odeta Maksvytytė is an expert in Data Protection Law. Her competence include compliance with technical and organizational security requirements, drafting data processing agreements, personal data policies and cookie policies, legal transfer of personal data to countries outside the EU based on e.g. EU standard contracts and binding corporate rules, intragroup transfers of personal data of customers and employees, collection, processing, storage and deletion of personal data, advising on rights of data subjects, and due diligence in relation to personal data.
Odeta has over 7 years of professional experience in Pan-Baltic and international law firms. She spent one semester studying in German language in Salzburg, Austria, at Paris Londron Universität and also completed traineeship in law firm Escher Rechtsanwälte in Frankfurt, Germany.
